How to add Button Menu
1. Right-click the Quick Access Toolbar, then choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar. After that will come the Excel Options dialog box on the Customize option.
2. You also can display the Excel Options dialog box by clicking the Office button and then press the button Excel Options. Excel Options dialog box appears. After that, select the Customize option.
3. Select a key to be entered on the option box Choose Command From: the box Customize Quick Access Toolbar options: You can choose whether the Quick Access Toolbar modification applies to all workbooks or workbook only.
4. Select the button in the list on the left to be inserted into the Quick Access Toolbar and then press the Add >> button. Perform the same steps to add another button. If there is no key to be entered again, press the OK button. Buttons have been added to the Quick Access Toolbar will look like the image below.
5. to add an existing menu buttons on the Ribbon, click the right mouse over the button to be added to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select the Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
Note: If you want to remove the Menu button on the Quick Access Toolbar you just remove, or for more details please read the explanation below.
How to remove the Menu button
1. To remove the menu button on the Quick Access Toolbar, right-click qucik Access Toolbar and choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu. It will appear the Excel Options dialog box on the Customize option.
2. To remove the button from the Quick Access Toolbar, select the button in the list on the right and press the Remove button. Press the OK button.
3. You can also eject button in the Quick Access Toolbar with a faster way. Right-click the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the key to be removed then choose Remove From Quick Access Toolbar.
